Stonewall Sports Washington D.C. (the “Chapter”) relies on membership fees as part of the overall revenue mix to be able to provide programming for members.  Nonpayment of membership fees impairs the Chapter’s ability to do this in a sustainable manner, so it is imperative that all registered members pay registration fees in a timely manner.  This policy outlines payment terms and conditions upon registration and/or assignment to a team.

Registered Members

Individuals who are moved off the waitlist are required to pay registration fees within 24 hours of being moved off of the waitlist.  Nonpayment within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of a reserved spot.

Waitlist

All registrations are considered final. Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. Refunds will only be considered in the following instances:

• Free Agents that are unable to be placed on a team or
• Extreme or extenuating circumstances subject to approval by the League Commissioner at their sole discretion.
